To Begin

Asparagus and wild mushroom hollandaise on toasted brioche

Brixham crab and prawn chowder with crispy seaweed

Chilli and sesame crispy chicken, pickled ginger, soy dressing and baby gem

Cured seatrout, avocado and celeriac roulade, dill and mustard dressing

To Follow

Roast free range  Somerset turkey, pork and fennel stuffing and all the trimmings

Pumpkin and spinach pancake, glazed mornay sauce, sauté potatoes

Baked hake fillet, pecorino crust, sweet pepper compote and garlic basmati

Rosemary and garlic lamb rump, dauphinoise and a redcurrant and mint jus

To Finish

Lemon and honey cheesecake, passion fruit coulis and spun sugar

Individual Christmas pudding, brandy sauce and redcurrant

Hot chocolate fondant and crème Anglaise

4 Somerset cheeses, walnut bread and “Reeves” relish

Followed by:

Coffee and mince pies
